Welcome to Technical Services Request Page!

The School has two technical support groups:

1. Computer Network Center (CNC) for computing services and maintenance of hardware and software in computer labs for teaching and research in the school as well as the technical support for the computing needs of the students, faculty and staff; and
2. Technical Services Team (TST) for Technical services in the school that include maintenance of experimental, teaching, research and specialized computing labs.

Services from these groups may be requested by faculty, staff, and students by filling out a help ticket for the most appropriate support group below:
